Megan Davey
Megan Davey, Manager of Training and Quality, is an ASNT Level III in RT. With 15 years of experience in military aerospace and space flight and holding NDT roles at Northrop Grumman, SpaceX, and Clover Park Technical College, Megan is a tenured instructor in the state of Washington and a multi-time ASNT award recipient for her outstanding work as an NDT Instructor. She serves on the ASNT Pacific NW Section Board of Directors as the Educational Chair and the David Hall Student Scholarship Chair.

Steven Prozinski
Steven is a multi-method level 3 certified in accordance with ASNT and NAS-410. Before founding Industrial Inspection & Consulting Steven was employed as a Radiographic NDT Specialist with SpaceX as part of their NDT engineering team. He performed mission critical R&D on rockets, developed inspection techniques, and had ownership over the x-ray inspections for both the Falcon fusion weldments and Merlin engine programs.
