When Megan was my instructor at she was very patient, kind, and attentive with all of her students. When we were studying Radiography(RT), she noticed that I had a hard time with some of the tests we were given.  She was only the second instructor to actually sit down and go through the motions with me during my time in CPTC. Without her help I was destined to fall behind and wouldn't be where I am today.

Megan Davey is an excellent teacher and one of the best I have ever had. She routinely would go above and beyond for her students. But she would do more than just teach the required material, she would help students find jobs. She invested a lot of her personal time helping me with my resume and interview skills. Megan demonstrated passion for NDT and it definitely rubbed off on me and all of her students. Megan is a great example of a teacher who made a life long impact in a short amount of time.

Megan Davey was my college instructor and worked closely with me for two years. Throughout that time, she taught me the fundamentals of Ultrasonic, Eddy Current and Radiographic inspection. More important than any of that, she taught me what it means to be a great inspector. Her approach was meticulous, and she expected that of her students. We never moved forward unless everyone in the class had a solid understanding of the material. I found her class challenging, but fair and rewarding. Prior to my time with her, I just knew that I wanted to work in the aerospace industry but had no clear goals. Her enthusiasm for her work was infectious and inspired me to peruse a career doing Eddy Current; a goal I’m actively working toward to this day. Being an NDT inspector is the greatest job I’ve ever had. I love the ability to cross train into different methods and to never stop learning; a trait Megan distilled into all of us. She has experience doing every inspection method imaginable and always encouraged us to do the same. Her drive was infectious and I’m a far better inspector for having been taught by her.
